Entry Requirements

BACHELOR OF PHARMACY (HONOURS)  4 YEARS

AND

Obtained at least Grade B at STPM level for the following subjects:

Ø  Biology

Ø  Chemistry

Ø  Physics / Mathematics (T) / Mathematics (M)

AND

Obtained at least Grade B at Matriculation  level for the following subjects:

Ø  Biology

Ø  Chemistry

Ø  Physics / Mathematics

AND

Obtained at least Grade B at  Foundation level for the following subjects:

Ø  Biology

Ø  Chemistry

Ø  Physics / Mathematics

AND

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level for the following subjects:

Ø  Chemistry

Ø  Biology / Physics / Mathematics 

ØObtained at least Grade C in any THREE (3) other subjects INCLUDING English  

AND

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level for the following subjects:

Ø  Biology

Ø  Chemistry

Ø  Physics

Ø  Mathematics / Additional Mathematics

Ø  ONE (1) other subject NOT INCLUDING Bahasa Melayu

AND

Obtained at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu and PASSED Sejarah subject at  SPM level 

AND

Obtained at least Band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for examinations starting from Session 1 of the year 2021 or Band 3 for examinations up to the year 2020, according to the validity period on the application date

AND

Pass the health screening as below:

•  Medically certified as healthy by a Registered Medical Practitioner and does not suffer from any serious physical or mental illness, chronic disease, or sensory impairment
• Pass the screening tests for HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C

AND

Passed the interview

AND

(Does not have any disabilities)
